RETURN POLICY
It is important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are unhappy with an item you purchased, please return it within 30 days of the date of invoice. We will exchange your product, refund your purchase, or issue a store credit. Please note, customized products can not be returned for a refund. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase we will gladly issue a store credit.For refunds and exchanges, all products must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and not used, with a copy of the invoice. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. If you would like to exchange a product, we will ship the replacement at NO SHIPPING CHARGE to you.
To return an item, please contact us at orders@belahockey.com. We will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA#) to include on the outside and inside of your return package. Please wrap the item in its original packaging with the packing slip and ship to: BelaHockey, 50 Market Street, Suite 265, South Portland, ME 04106. Upon return and receipt of the product, we will exchange, refund, or credit the item, less appropriate adjustments for shipping and handling. For your security, we recommend that you return your item with an insured carrier and retain a receipt for your records.
CAMP CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellation requests must be sent to info@belahockey.com.- Registrations will be accepted until the time the camp is full.
- Requests received 30 days or greater before the camp start will be refunded fully minus a $25 administration fee.
- Requests received 29 days – 48 hours prior to camp start will be refunded 50% of the registration fee and the additional 50% in a BelaHockey.com voucher minus a $25 administration fee.
- Refunds will not be issued for cancellations received within 48 hours of camp start. If a participant is injured or becomes sick before start of the camp, 50% of the registration fee will be returned in a BelaHockey.com voucher. A doctors note will be required.
SHIPPING
Most in-stock items are shipped within 3 business days of receipt of your order and you can expect to receive your order within 6-10 days after it has shipped. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information upon shipment of your order. Please note, it may take up to 14 business days for any of BelaHockey’s custom products to be shipped.Our standard delivery charges listed are for Priority Mail (USPS) from South Portland, Maine. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii require an additional delivery time and charge.
CANCELLATIONS
We make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible. If you contact us before your order has shipped, we are more than happy to change or cancel your order.EXPRESS SHIPPING
Items shipped via Express Mail (USPS) will arrive within 1-2 days. Please select Express Shipping as the shipping method when placing your order online. The shopping cart will generate an estimated shipping cost, and we will contact you with any adjustments to the shipping charge before your order is processed.INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We are able to ship our products to most locations throughout the world. Please email orders@belahockey.com for rates and information on international delivery.PAYMENT
We are able to accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover for order payment. Orders are not charged until they are ready to ship. Our charge will appear on your credit card statement as "BelaHockey, LLC".If you prefer to pay by personal check or money order, please print out an order form and mail it with your payment to: BelaHockey, 50 Market Street, Suite 265, South Portland, ME 04106. All payments must be in US Dollars and made payable to "BelaHockey, LLC." Please note, it may take up to 21 days for personal checks to be authorized. Customers will be charged $20.00 for any check that is rejected for insufficient funds.
SALES TAX
We must charge 5% sales tax on all orders shipped within the state of Maine. No sales tax will be charged to orders from other locations.PRIVACY & SECURITY
BelaHockey recognizes the importance of privacy and does not sell/trade/share any of your personal information that you provide us when making a purchase transaction or signing up for the email newsletter. Nor will BelaHockey send you unsolicited email. You may opt in and out of our email newsletter at any time.By purchasing from BelaHockey, or opting in to our email newsletter, you will be providing personal information. Therefore, you agree to the terms of this privacy policy and you consent to the processing of your personal information in order to successfully complete the ordering process or email you the BelaHockey newsletter.
The personal information collected for the above reasons may include; name, address, email address, and phone number. When you are making a purchase we also collect your payment information such as the credit card type and number, the expiration date, and the name on the card. None of this information is sold, traded, or given away to any third parties. All information gathered online is done through a secure site.
